- How many questions are on an ASE test?
- A-series tests carry 40–50 scored questions plus about 10 unscored research questions, with 60–90 minutes depending on the test.
- What score do I need to pass?
- ASE uses scaled scoring and does not publish a fixed percentage; roughly 65–70% correct is the commonly cited range. Practice to 80%+ so you have margin.
- How much does ASE certification cost?
- Each test is $62 plus a single $34 registration fee per order (2026). All eight A-series tests in one order run about $530.
- Are these the official ASE questions?
